McColgans Quality Foods is a speciality savoury and sweet pastry manufacturer based in Strabane, Co.Tyrone. Over 50 years ago from his home bakery and butchery William McColgan gained a reputation for quality and value which remain the cornerstone of the business to this day.
The Solution
We developed programmes for the Senior Management Team and Controller Team.
The Senior Management Team Programme focused on strategic leadership, coaching, performance management and working as part of a high performing team. In addition to this, the Senior Management Team were put through MBTI profiling to help gain insight in developing together as leaders more effectively.
The content for the Controller Team programme focused on practical development surrounding Communication, Shift Handover and Weekly Team Brief.
