Last week the Department for Education, and now the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), released the QAR’s for 2024/25.
We’re proud to confirm that Instep has scored an impressive QAR of 73% – a 5% year-on-year improvement from 2023/24. Additionally, our learners with support needs achieved an overall QAR of 75%, up from 73% last year.
To put this in perspective the QAR gives a clear and transparent picture of the percentage of learners who complete their apprenticeship training by provider. The national average is 65.4%.
These aren’t just metrics. Both scores are further proof of our commitment to ensure that no learner gets left behind. They are a reflection of the deep partnerships we build with our clients and the tailored, effective programmes we create side‑by‑side.
By collaborating closely we are able to design with intention. This ensures that we not only meet the objectives of the organisation, but the needs of the specific learner cohort. As a result we drive outcomes that genuinely matter.
