Who it’s for
This programme is ideal for individuals from ethnically diverse backgrounds who are:
- Currently managing teams or departments
- Preparing for senior leadership roles
- Seeking to lead with authenticity, cultural awareness, and strategic impact
Through a blend of immersive learning, personalised coaching, and practical application, learners will deepen their leadership capabilities while building the confidence to lead authentically and inclusively.
Entry requirements
Participants will need to have responsibility for managing individuals, a team, or elements of a project.
Additionally:
- Those without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this prior to taking the End-Point Assessment as part of the programme.
- For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeship’s English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.
- A British Sign Language (BSL) qualification is an alternative to the English qualification for those whose primary language is BSL.
