Week 10-1 x Half Day

This module introduces the foundations of analytical leadership and explores how evidence, insight, stakeholder engagement and AI-enabled tools support effective decision-making. Learners develop an understanding of business change, governance and delivery approaches while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Learners also build stakeholder awareness, professional credibility and communication skills, enabling them to influence others and use AI responsibly as a thought partner to enhance analysis and decision-making.

Week 17 -1 x Half Day

This module develops the skills needed to investigate organisational challenges and uncover the root causes of business problems. Learners explore analytical techniques, environmental analysis, AI-assisted discovery methods and structured investigation approaches that support effective decision-making. The module strengthens critical thinking and curiosity, helping learners challenge assumptions, evaluate AI-generated outputs and navigate ambiguity with confidence

Week 24 – 1 x Half Day

This module focuses on evaluating options and making informed recommendations. Learners explore business cases, cost-benefit analysis, benefits realisation and the use of AI tools to support analysis, option appraisal and future-state thinking.

Alongside these tools, learners build commercial awareness and influencing skills, enabling them to combine human judgement with AI-generated insight to drive organisational value.

Week 31 -1 x Half Day

This module explores how analytical leaders identify opportunities to improve processes, services and organisational performance. Learners examine requirements, prioritisation techniques, user-centred approaches and AI-supported methods for analysing information and generating solutions.

The leadership focus centres on stakeholder negotiation, facilitation and relationship building, helping learners manage competing priorities while ensuring AI is used ethically and effectively.

Week 38 – 1 x Half Day

This module focuses on process improvement, digital transformation, automation and the use of data to drive organisational performance. Learners explore process modelling, automation opportunities, AI-enabled productivity tools and data-informed approaches to improvement.

The module encourages innovation, ownership and continuous improvement, enabling learners to identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, insight and organisational performance.

Week 45 -1 x Half Day

This module examines how leaders support successful implementation and ensure that change delivers measurable value. Learners explore change management, transition planning, benefits realisation and the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Learners also develop the confidence to lead through uncertainty, support stakeholders in adapting to emerging technologies and maintain accountability for outcomes, ethics and value delivery.
