This module introduces the foundations of analytical leadership and explores how evidence, insight, stakeholder engagement and AI-enabled tools support effective decision-making. Learners develop an understanding of business change, governance and delivery approaches while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Learners also build stakeholder awareness, professional credibility and communication skills, enabling them to influence others and use AI responsibly as a thought partner to enhance analysis and decision-making.
Module 2
Leading Problem Discovery
This module develops the skills needed to investigate organisational challenges and uncover the root causes of business problems. Learners explore analytical techniques, environmental analysis, AI-assisted discovery methods and structured investigation approaches that support effective decision-making. The module strengthens critical thinking and curiosity, helping learners challenge assumptions, evaluate AI-generated outputs and navigate ambiguity with confidence

Leading Decision-Making
This module focuses on evaluating options and making informed recommendations. Learners explore business cases, cost-benefit analysis, benefits realisation and the use of AI tools to support analysis, option appraisal and future-state thinking.
