Male Allyship: Equity in Action is a practical and thought-provoking half-day masterclass designed to help leaders become more effective allies and advocates for gender equity in the workplace.
Through facilitated discussions and interactive workshops, participants will develop a deeper understanding of the challenges women face, explore the impact of intersectionality, and learn how to actively support more inclusive workplace cultures.
The programme equips participants with practical tools to move beyond awareness and into action, helping them recognise bias, champion equitable opportunities, and use mentoring, sponsorship and advocacy to support the progression of women across their organisation.
