Programme Overview
Global Majority Empowerment Level 3
A leadership programme for aspiring leaders or supervisors, focused on supporting BAGM colleagues into management roles or BAGM colleagues already in a first line management role wanting to develop their management style and progress.
Duration – 14 months (including End Point Assessment)
Global Majority Empowerment Level 5
A strategic leadership development programme, focused on developing BAGM managers to take on leadership roles. This programme is for BAGM colleagues with management experience of leading teams or projects who wish to progress to senior leadership.
