Spot
Stay alert to signs of anxiety, grief, or behaviours linked to radicalisation.
Look for changes in behaviour, withdrawal, signs of distress, or unusual patterns in conversations.
Speak
Encourage open communication. If you’re concerned about someone, speak to them in a non-judgmental, supportive way.
Promote the importance of talking and being heard, whether through colleagues, managers, or a member of the safeguarding team.
Support
Be proactive in seeking help. Use the safeguarding resources below, refer to relevant support organisations and ensure that concerns are reported to the safeguarding team.
Offer support to those around you, ensuring no one feels isolated.
