The Customer

Finnebrogue are manufacturers of multi award-winning sausages. Their dedications to excellence, craftsmanship and passion for great food is intrinsically bound to their home in the ancient woodlands and rolling hills of the Finnebrogue Estate, Northern Ireland. Finnebrogue have recently expanded, moving into a brand new state-of-the-art facility to increase production for their customers, which include Asda, M&S and Waitrose.

The Solution

Finnebrogue are currently in a period of significant change, which has included a move from their original manufacturing facility to a brand new, state-of-the-art location. Through this time of change, Finnebrogue wanted to build on their current management development process to increase leadership capability in the business.

The end result was two programmes; one for Middle Managers (ILM Level 4) and one for Supervisors (ILM Endorsed). Each programme consisted of a launch and five modules consisting of the leadership role, communication, effective team relationships, great performance, planning and prioritising and driving for high performing teams.
