Our Benefits
Flexible working
We’re a remote-first team, meaning no commute and a greater work-life balance.
Professional development
Your development is our priority. Access our Learning Hub, join regular ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions, and know that we’ll always endeavour to support your professional development requests.
Taking time off
You’ll have 25 days’ holiday per year, plus your birthday (because birthdays are special!). You can also buy up to an extra 5 days’ holiday per year.
Working from abroad
You have the option to work up to 20 days per year abroad in Europe.
Saving for your retirement
You’ll be automatically enrolled in our company pension scheme, helping you save for tomorrow.
Looking after your health
You can opt into our self-funded health cash plan to get private healthcare for you and your family.
If you’re unwell
You’ll be eligible for 5 days’ full sick pay per year. This increases to 10 days’ full pay after 3 years’ service.
If you have an emergency
We offer compassionate leave as and when the need arises. We’ll always be as supportive as possible, with additional paid or unpaid leave available at our discretion.
Spending time as a team
We get together twice a year as a team at our company offsites to celebrate our achievements.
