Masterclass in Brief

Who it’s for

Team leaders, aspiring managers, and team managers within an organisation who are responsible for implementing change or supporting their teams through organisational transitions.

Eligibility

Individuals must be 16+ years old, employed (including self-employed), and work and/or reside in the Greater Manchester City Region. They can’t have completed previous leadership training at the same or a higher level, but technical qualifications of any level are absolutely fine.

Programme format

Companies and individuals create a bespoke two-day programme consisting of two masterclasses at Level 3. For example, if they wish to select this Supporting Others Through Change masterclass, they can combine it with any of the following Level 3 masterclasses:

Delivery format

Individuals or small groups under 10 participants can sign up for two of our open cohort masterclasses and join other learners from different organisations in our virtual classroom.

For organisations with 10+ participants who want to sign up for the same programme, we offer exclusive cohorts, customisable for on-site or virtual delivery. We’re happy to deliver these two masterclasses whenever learners are free, whether that’s on consecutive or non-consecutive days.

The maximum size for open or exclusive cohorts on any masterclass is 15 participants.
