Training trainers at BAE Systems – Supply Chain [Hover over to pause]

This department within BAE requested the delivery of a Train the Trainer programme to enable managers to deliver internal Supply Chain training. Five x three-day programmes have been run to date.

Training trainers at BAE Systems - Control Compliance Team [Hover over to pause]

We wrote and developed a one-day programme using content from their existing International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Co-ordinator raw programme and trained a team of eight trainers to deliver this programme to over 300 ITAR Coordinators. Delivery of this programme resulted in a 300% increase in the use of the ITAR Coordinators helpline.

Training trainers at BAE Systems - Military Air Solutions [Hover over to pause]

This division of BAE asked Instep to provide internal staff with the knowledge to enable them to implement and support their Manufacturing Rate Readiness Process (MRRP). In total we delivered four x three-day Train the Trainer programmes, plus we created trainer packs complete with lesson plans and materials for use when delivering the programme.

Training trainers at Keele University [Hover over to pause]

The University identified a need to improve the understanding of Equality and Diversity issues across the commercial Directorate to improve services to customers and to contribute to an environment where difference and diversity are respected. Line Managers were developed to deliver this learning to their teams. Instep designed 4-5 hours’ worth of material to provide the managers with flexibility to use a range of activities and information in short 2-3 hour sessions. The Line Managers attended a two-day programme to help them to understand the materials and core messages plus develop their training skills. An evaluation session was held after two months to check on progress and experiences. This programme was a finalist for a regional Training Award.
