Wendy Martin, Consultant
Wendy has 19 years' experience as a training and development consultant, dealing with all aspects of the business – from full training needs analysis, providing learning and development solutions and validation/evaluation of these solutions.
Prior to being a consultant, she had ten years' experience of managing teams in both public and private sectors; followed by three years experience of in-house consultancy in the financial services industry - providing solutions to training needs for personal and management development up to middle management levels.
Instep best moment:
At Instep we are passionate about helping delegates transfer learning to the workplace and achieve results. I support this with a strong personal belief that there is no point giving people development if it doesn’t work in practice for them. So my real buzz comes, as happened recently (with RWE npower renewables), when I meet delegates again from previous workshops and they tell me what they have been able to put into practice and how useful it was to them. It’s great to complete the loop and have evidence of the value of the Instep workshop.
