Sheridan Webb, Consultant
Sheridan is a commercially focused and pragmatic training consultant, with particular expertise in the research and design of development solutions, including self-directed distance learning, coach-led programmes, and career management toolkits.
Previously responsible for managing a broad range of HR, culture change and learning and development projects for various companies. Sheridan has extensive experience in retail, call centres, financial services, house-building, B2B, manufacturing and supply chain.
Instep best moment:
When working with CFS, I presented the final programme to a group of stakeholders for final sign-off, and one of them said “You can tell this has been written by someone who has got experience of this business”. I didn’t say that No, it was written by an external person, but it felt good, and that was a great compliment to me.
