Sarah, Service Delivery Co-ordinator
Sarah has worked at Instep for over five years and is responsible for overseeing the design process of the Instep resource and workshop materials.
She also ensures that the materials needed for the workshops we run are sent in the right quantities, to the right place, in time for the training!
Sarah works closely with all our trainers and design consultants to make sure that each training session is tailored to the participants’ needs to ensure that the ROI and transfer of learning are met.

I really enjoy working on the development of our new materials, from the start of the design and content right through to the finished product. It’s a real buzz to see all that hard work result in a shiny new learning resource!
