Peter Darwin, Consultant
As a consultant, Peter has worked with organisations and individuals to support change, project management, organisational development and individual growth. In addition, as an internal consultant, he has supported senior management teams through significant change programmes, including redundancies.
Peter is a development and training professional with extensive experience in a variety of engineering, manufacturing, industrial and commercial environments, and was at Instep at its inception.
Instep best moment:
When a group starts the day resistant and sending out all the “I don’t want to be here” signals in their body language and at the end of day take the time to come to you and comment that they have really enjoyed the day and that it is the best training they have been on.
