At Instep we're passionate about developing people, which means you'll find every single member of our 38-strong team professional, personable and engaging. 

Our highly skilled trainer and consultant team are amongst the best in the industry - coming from the ‘real world’; many are former directors and managers themselves and have experience working in a variety of both public and private sectors. We work hard to find, recruit and then immerse them into the Instep approach, so that when you meet them you not only hear and see their love for people development, but also experience their dedication to excellent customer service that Instep prides itself on.

Key to providing our great level of ‘proper’ customer service (something that seems all too rare nowadays) is the amazing Client Services team we have created. Nicki Campbell, Consultant

Nicki has experience both in training design and delivery as well as HR and Training Management, culminating in a role as HR Director within the Avis group of companies. In addition, Nicki has specialised in providing support to clients in all aspects of management development, performance management, cultural change and HR practices.

Nicki has 18 years' experience in HR and Training. Key sectors include retail, insurance, service and engineering/construction. Her focus is on practical solutions which work for the client whatever their environment and has a pragmatic and results driven approach.

Instep best moment:

Working with an individual who had been made redundant and whose confidence and self-respect was at an all time low.  The first session was really tough and emotional but seeing the development of this person over the few months I worked with them, was really rewarding.  Ultimately they were able to turn their career around and also make some important life decisions which they had been putting off.  Having the opportunity to see the transformation in this person is definitely the best Instep moment I have experienced.
