Instep best moment:
When I returned to an organisation a week after delivering a Train the Trainer programme and heard about what one of the delegates had done as a result of attending my workshop. He had been due to present at a management meeting the day after my workshop – as a result of what he’d learned from the Train the Trainer programme, he threw out his PowerPoint slides and adopted an engaging, practical and interactive approach based on the good practice principles that we had explored on the programme. We’re really keen on delegates putting what they have learned into practice at work and this was a great example of it happening for real. The fact that this delegate implemented the learning from my workshop is fantastic, but to do this the very next day and with great results is something I’m particularly proud of.
