Our highly skilled trainer and consultant team are amongst the best in the industry - coming from the ‘real world’; many are former directors and managers themselves and have experience working in a variety of both public and private sectors. We work hard to find, recruit and then immerse them into the Instep approach, so that when you meet them you not only hear and see their love for people development, but also experience their dedication to excellent customer service that Instep prides itself on.
Key to providing our great level of ‘proper’ customer service (something that seems all too rare nowadays) is the amazing Client Services team we have created. Whether you speak to a Director, Client Manager, or one of the support team, we guarantee you will be impressed by the steps we take to ensure your experience of Instep will be exactly what you’d hoped for – or perhaps even better!

Julia Menaul, Consultant
Julia is a pragmatic and business focused professional who is keen on the evaluation of programmes to ensure transfer of learning and direct links to business strategy. Her style is down-to-earth and fun but challenging enough to get the best out of people and inspire them to greater confidence.
Julia has worked across all sectors as a trainer/facilitator since 1991 and has specific experience in retailing, the electronics industry, the justice system and a major UK charity.
Instep best moment:
after some conflict resolution work I did with two people who had been in a bit of a feud at work for nearly 3 years. After working with them individually and then finally bringing them together to mend their relationship, it was marvellous to receive a text message from both of them to thank me and to say that they had texted each other and were now speaking to each other when at work.
