At Instep we're passionate about developing people, which means you'll find every single member of our 38-strong team professional, personable and engaging. 

Our highly skilled trainer and consultant team are amongst the best in the industry - coming from the ‘real world’; many are former directors and managers themselves and have experience working in a variety of both public and private sectors. We work hard to find, recruit and then immerse them into the Instep approach, so that when you meet them you not only hear and see their love for people development, but also experience their dedication to excellent customer service that Instep prides itself on.

Key to providing our great level of ‘proper’ customer service (something that seems all too rare nowadays) is the amazing Client Services team we have created. Whether you speak to a Director, Client Manager, or one of the support team, we guarantee you will be impressed by the steps we take to ensure your experience of Instep will be exactly what you’d hoped for – or perhaps even better!

Helen has worked for Instep for four years and over these years has developed into the role she has today as part of the business support team working alongside two Client Managers.

Helen helps to develop relationships to setup client projects, liaising with trainers and the client to ensure a smooth professional service is provided.  Helen also arranges our Learning and Development forums which take place every quarter and which provide information on hot topics within the industry.

Instep best moment:

I enjoy my role as it is so varied and I love taking part in the team building days where the whole team is involved in a fun activity. Over the years these have included Go Ape!, Chill Factore, white water rafting in Bala and (a little less energetic) cookery course.
