Dave Parry, Consultant
Dave is equally comfortable from the shop floor to the boardroom and specialises in translating strategic direction into pragmatic learning opportunities and supporting management teams to translate plans into outcomes and sustainable change at all levels.
Dave is a learning and development professional with over 20 years industry experience. While his background originated in engineering, his wide range of experience includes production management, training and organisational development. Dave’s experience and industry knowledge, mixed with his understanding of business excellence and the motivational strategies of people and teams, combine to provide solutions and delivery with tangible, sustainable results, measurable outcomes and a clear return on investment.
