Andy Shaw, Consultant
Prior to becoming a consultant, Andy held the role of Learning and Development Manager at GE Money and prior to this at Green Flag Assistance Group. In both roles he was responsible for researching, designing and delivering development solutions across a broad range of business skills and personal development.
Andy has over 20 years' hands-on experience in the field of training and development and has been working as a consultant for the last 13 years. He has a wide range of experience in the design and delivery of management/leadership development programmes.
Andy’s knowledge, passion and motivation for developing and delivering pragmatic solutions has consistently yielded tangible results in his participants’ behavioural change, application of the newly acquired skills in the workplace and tangible results for their business. Andy has a pragmatic, energetic and inclusive delivery style.
