Celebrating a highly successful learning and development programme for Regatta, Instep says the pilot Personal Effectiveness programme focused on providing participants with the right tools and knowledge to understand the impact they, as leaders, have on each other, their teams and other areas of the business.
Regatta highlighted a number of up and coming employees with management potential from within the business to take part in Instep's newly developed Personal Effectiveness training programme, with great success. The programme gave participants the knowledge and skills to use and share a range of learning tools, resources and formulas with their own teams back in the workplace.
From feedback gained both during and after the sessions, participants complimented the programmes success to the depth of quality content shared during the sessions. Participants appreciated the focus on taking learning back to the workplace and using the knowledge gained effectively with other staff, helping to make positive changes.
Due to its success, Directors and Managers at Regatta felt the programme would be beneficial for other leaders in the business and are already looking to run further sessions in Spring 2012, with requests for places already being received.
