Regatta’s “Rising Stars” Set for Instep Treatment

We’re very pleased to announce that Regatta has chosen Instep as to launch their “Rising Stars” training programme for the company’s future managers.
Around twelve non-executive Regatta employees, who have been earmarked as possible future managers of the company, will attend the Rising Stars course at the company’s Manchester headquarters.
The programme will consist of modules covering various topics, which will include negotiation skills and presentation techniques, as well as a two day course that will focus solely on personal effectiveness.
InstepUK’s Beryl Shaw, who led the consultation with Regatta, explained the structure of the programme. “We wanted to develop a series of modules that embodied Regatta’s commitment to developing talent from within the business, as well as the company’s ongoing commercial needs. The Rising Stars programme will help the delegates to foster a business consciousness from a strategic level, while developing the practical leadership qualities and confidence necessary for taking their next career step.”
Regatta’s Training Manager, Caron Wright, said: “We’re very committed to personal development at Regatta, which is why we’re nurturing the talents of individuals who have been identified as potential leaders of the company.
