United Utilities Roll Out Lunch and Learn

National utilities provider, United Utilities, have given us a glowing recommendation, following the roll out of the first batch of our Lunch & Learn sessions at their Warrington headquarters in March.
The newly launched training packs have been especially designed for in-house trainers who need to deliver sessions on a range of subjects, from coaching and assertiveness, to conflict management.
InstepUK’s Sheridan Webb who liaised with United Utilities during the roll-out process commented:
“The Lunch & Learn packs were developed by the trainers and consultants at Instep who have lived the life of an in-house trainer – many times over. They are very cost-effective and give trainers, even those with limited experience,everything needed to deliver fun, practical learning in a 90-minute session.”
