Fish! Award for Flood; Taking to Pressure Like a Duck to Water…

Mel Flood won our monthly Fish! award for giving excellent customer service to our friends at United Utilities and Bury Council.
Mel, our wonderful Business Development Director has (again) gone over and above the call of duty recently - making sure Bury Council were able to get their latest coaching programme underway on time and pulling out all the stops for United Utilities, ensuring deadlines were met when extra pressure was added.
Mel even went into her own personal time in order to get the job done for Bury Council, which was the deciding factor amongst some other truly exceptional recent examples of our people giving great customer service. Both clients praised Mel’s tenacity and dedication to her work, but we always knew she was a superstar!
