We kick off the first of our Forums for 2012 by taking a close look at Performance Management. As organisations, it seems we invest a great deal of time and money developing managers to manage the performance of others. However, it is often rated as an area that could be improved upon.
Throughout the morning we'll be looking at the key areas of Performance Management, such as linking objectives to strategy, giving beneficial feedback and exploring ways of successfully measuring and raising performance within your organisation.
As always we promise a fun, interactive session where you'll be able to share your own experiences as well as hear from others. And the Instep team will be on hand to offer some fresh new ideas that could really make a big difference!
