The Challenge:
Cott has a well established management structure and the challenge was to ensure that the managers across all three sites were using a consistent approach to managing and leading teams and individuals.
A structured development programme was needed that could provide managers with the tools required to fulfill their role within Cott. Managers needed to understand and then be able to apply the skills and techniques required to effectively build, lead and coach their team.
