The Challenge:
In 2004, CMG wanted to become an ‘employer of choice’ within their sector, but with at least five major competitors within a narrow radius of their Head Office, this challenge would not be easy.
As part of the drive to create and maintain an excellent working environment for all employees, the senior team realised that they needed to change the culture and develop the appropriate leadership style throughout the organisation to effect this change. With Instep’s support, the senior team planned the transition required to make CMG a learning organisation - a transition that would see the creation of an empowered workforce more suited to the changing needs of the company and the industry in general.
